---++   OPTICON Network: Future Astronomical Software Environments (FASE)
The OPTICON (Optical-Infrared Co-ordination Network for Astronomy) proposal was funded by the EU FP6.  It contains a network (N3.6) for discussing requirements and specifications for a future environment for data analysis in astronomy.  This TWiki was created to facilitate such discussions.
   * GeneralObjectives give initial high-level objectives for the network while a more detailed account is provided in the VisionStatement. 
   * ScopeOfNetwork outlines the scope for the discussions
