As always, it is important to have a good name or acronym for a project. You are welcome to add your proposal to the list below. Sometime in the fall of 2004 we will then arrange a vote to select the best.

• IDA (International Data Analysis). It's a name of several famous mountains e.g. on Create or near Ilium/Troy (PrebenGrosbol)
• AIDA (Astronomical International Data Analysis) (PrebenGrosbol)
• FASE (Future Astronomical Software Environment) (DanielPonz)
• CASE (Common Astronomical Software Environment). If the environment actually is made so time, it cannot be 'future' anymore (PrebenGrosbol)
