Agenda and minutes

1. General information
   • PG apologized that he had overlooked the change of date agreed during last meeting. Since he first started writing the minutes for last meeting this morning (and realized his mistake) it was too late to change.
   • ASTRONET report
     • PG reported that PL had pointed out that ASTRONET had published a draft of their European Roadmap report. It only very briefly mentions astronomical application software and frameworks. Thus, we should submit a comment to them on that issue (see action).
   • Mini-interface meeting July 17-18
     • The date for the mini-face-to-face meeting were fixed to July 17-18. PG will initiate the interface discussion within the subgroup in the start of June (see action).
2. New developments
   • Interface specifications (design notes)
     • DT had added a summary of the interfaces required (as he could not join due to a current VO meeting in Trieste).
   • Prototype projects
     • BG reported on the developments in Milan. LP had worked on the parameter model. He is now at the Trieste VO meeting and has discussed SAMP with DT. Some testing were done in Python. They suggest that SAMP is good for very high-level but no perfect for more complex problems. The results will soon be available on their TWiki pages.
